Again, I'm not sure of my German so can't vote right or wrong. I don't think the Portuguese version is about a term (amount of time in which something should happen) but about making an appointment (mark a time).

My german text in english is:

"I just phoned to the consulat for mark a time" (in the future.

right?

In that case it's fine
