-për disa që më duan e dashni më shesin- "for some who like me and sell love to me". sell love- is phrase, which means that somebody doesn't love you in really way,but he is pretending, somthing like hypocrisy.

-nesër me vdek, mbasnesër më keshin.-"if i die tomorrow, day aftert tomorrow they will valley me."

All this sentence is speaking about hypocrisy.
