Yes I know them.
"still" means for me " always" not "now" .
If it is "He is still thinking of her." we don't need to use "still".

The meaning of "still" is not "always".
"Still" means that some action started in the past and goes on till the moment of speech, but it's unknown if it will go on in the future.
Also "still" may have a meaning synonymous with words "in spite of", "nevertheless". It all depends on the context.
