Target language: English
I'm weeping inside, and my heart is broken
Remarks about the translation
The 'weeping inside' can be translated in another language also as 'crying inside' the weeping is a bit more dramatic.

The reason I feel this is the exact translation doesn't say I am weeping...it simply says weeping inside and the heart is broken.

I feel that this sentence is part of a conversation. That is why I completed the sentence by adding the 'I am' since it is strongly implied because of the verb 'bocha' being in the female, first person, singular tense.
