'kafan güzel gibi' actually means 'you're drunk',not 'your head is beautiful.' although literally it is.

"kafa iyidi" was translated as "we had drunk" in another translation, it also literally
means "our head was good", right? Is that the same kind of idiomatic expression?
(I don't know Turkish,very few words actually)
