	armcel จำนวนข้อความ: 6	"Creating technology" is more accurate translation for "teknolojinin oluÅŸturulmasÄ±" in the source text. Altough we cannot know the original "tense" of the text. However, if we take only that paragraph into account, it can be easily stated that it is perfect tense there, not past tense.
