I have edited and put "effects on human life" rather than "effects for the human life" and I have set a poll.

I guess it should be "have made" or even I think maybe the verb "have" would be better than "make" so ;"...technology have had many positive.."

"Creating technology" is more accurate translation for "teknolojinin oluşturulması" in the source text.

Altough we cannot know the original "tense" of the text. However, if we take only that paragraph into account, it can be easily stated that it is perfect tense there, not past tense.

i also agree with cheesecake about the opinion it would be better if written "..have made.." coz we still feel the effects of technology today
