First sentence is OK. Second I would rather translate as "He is getting hard on our nerves with his moaning today". "Drink our blood" is a greek expression for upsetting, getting on someone's nerves, bothering, tiring...

Could you please tell me if there is an English equivalent of the Greek phrase "to drink someones blood (make someone feel exhausted)" ?

I think Majax's suggestion is fine: 'to get on one's nerves' may fit. Or perhaps 'drives us crazy'
