The learner is not equivalent to القارئ as it is supposed to be, it should be: The reader. I'm not sure of "at" also.

it should be "The reader maybe surprised by the title"

It should be "The reader maybe surprised by the title" or "by this title"

"the Learner" means المتعلم
correct translation is:
المتعلم سوف يندهش لهذا العنوان!

first of all( القارئ) doesn't mean learner.It should be the reader, then, it's better to say would not will, because will indicates assertion, while what in the source language is ( قد) which indicates probability.
