Translation - Turkish-English - kanki ona allah yardım etsin ben değil

My blood brother doesn't sound very natural in English, my dear friend would be better I think. And Allah yardım etsin ben değil means Let God help him, not me.

"kanki" means "kankardeÅŸim".

Yes but it's a literal translation of something which is used in a different way in Turkish. It's a meaning only though so it's ok then I guess
