Gracias, pero que pensava que pechuga no era carne cocinada (pechuga de pavo asado/a), mas "fiambre" (jamón?)...

Acuario, perdona pero "perú" en portugues es "pavo" en castellano. No es un plato hecho en Perú, mas en Portugal...
Entonces lo plato es Pecho / Pechuga de Pavo Asado...
