"Si...voulait dire... je t'offrirais..." Le conditionnel ne serait-il pas plus adéquat dans ce cas?

Tout à fait, guilon, on n'emploie d'ailleurs QUE le conditionnel dans ce cas ("si" dans la première proposition)
Je vais éditer la version française.
