If we look at the Spanish version, it's "hates the whole world" because there isn't the preposition "a" after "odia".
Odia a todo el mundo en estos dÃas = He hates everybody during these days.
Odia todo el mundo en estos dÃas = He hates all the world during these days.
I'm not sure if the correction by dramati is correct... Shouldn't it be "During these days he hates all the world"?
