Hi Minny
I just corrected awful -> awfully (it is an adverb here, not an adjective). Otherwise the translation seems fine to me (although the text seems a bit strange. Original as well as translation).
I have set a poll

Hi Lein,
You are absolutely right with your assumptions.
And thanks for correcting "awful" .-) Minny

For me it is;
"It is slowly regenerating again but nevertheless awfully tired and it looks forward on to Eureka Skydeck."
(Because Eureka is a tower.)

regenerating is not the best variant to use. "regenerieren" also means "to get better" - I guess this variant fits the context better

I think the noun 'regenerieren' should be seen as recuperating in this case. Also he's not looking forward to the skydeck, since he's not in front of the building. He is however looking forward to visiting it...

The sentence would then read:
He is slowly recuperating but nevertheless awfully tired and he is looking forward to visiting the Eureka Skydeck.
