Remarks about the translation	La derniÃ¨re phrase, mot par mot, c'est comme Ã§a: "Sir, madame, have my thanks and best regards", mais ce n'est pas le style anglais Ã utiliser Ã la fin d'une lettre. Note: I have chosen to translate by using Present Perfect even if in French is in the Past Tense because I believe it fits better the context and meaning.
