I think "обичам" is the second person of singular of the verb "to love" and "Добрин" is a name.

I think this has already been translated... not exactly "Oбичам Добрин" but "Обичам те" and is means "I love you".
I found it in project Popular sentences.

So, one subject, one conjugated verb, one object.
"I love you" was translated into many languages, But "I love Dobrin" wasn't. If it was "I love you dobrin", I would remove the request, but here, I can say nothing against.
SO "I love Dobrin" is " אני אוהבת דוֹבּרין
