I didn't know how to pronounce the Nyssyn, so I translated it as sounding like "Nissin."
The "chan" in Juliety-chan is a diminutive appended to women's first names (which are usually only used if you are intimate with them anyway), to underline the warmth and intimacy of your relationship. It would usually be used in such cases, but if you leave it out, it doesn't affect the grammatical accuracy of the Japanese.
