I think the last line in Albanian means "den du wirklich liebst", not "der dich wirklich liebt" - if so, the sentence in Albanian would be "që të don më të vërtet" but it's not. That's my opinion

Der größte Gewinn im Leben ist, wenn du das Herz von jemandem gewinnst, den du wirklich liebst

I still think the version "den du wirklich liebst" is correct - "the one you really love"

I cannot edit this translation. The last part should be edited to "den du wirklich liebst" instead of "der dich wirklich liebt".
