Hi Salim!
The literal bridge would be:
-
Live now!
With "live" being the imperative form, 2nd singular person, of the verb "to live".
Anyway, I don't know if this bridge makes sense in English... Other non-literal possible translations would be "Get your life now!" and "Life is now!"
Please tell me if you need more explanations.

Dear alexfatt,
According to your explanation, would "Live the now" or "Live in the now" - meaning "live the moment of now" - make sense?

I think it would.
It's an invitation to live at the moment and not to wait for the future.
