Remarks about the translation
I edited what was probably a typo : "cnmbinato" with "cambinato" (10/07francky)
I edited with "combinato".

That's good, but maybe we'll just need another verb than "arrange" for "combinato", which (COULD, but it's always the same: with no context...) allude to something more like "this mess you've done"... ?

the expression "quello che hai combinato" means "what have you done" or "mess up". In this case is used metaphorically for haveing done sth wrong.
