There is nothing about the future in the original, IMO it's: "You're always in my Heart".

Yes, I see what you mean, but as far as I know from film and from literatur the americans and English people would rather say "You will always be in my heart". It would be nice to hear from an English speaking member, what he/she has to say.(May be I am wrong - it is just a feeling I have.)
